Level 1 Award in Food Safety Awareness in CateringHalf day course (4 hours) Can be run as a morning or afternoon session. Or part of an evening meeting. Run as in-house course Minimum 8 people to run course with a maximum of 16 people on any one course Cost: Please contact us as this will depend on the number of people on the course. Cost will include the exam fee and certificate. Course suitable for* Young people who cook at a centre* Leaders who assist with cooking at a residential centre * No prior food safety knowledge required Course objectives* To obtain a basic understanding of food hygiene* To gain a CIEH nationally recognised certificate
