2011 March 2011 Cookout will be running a workshop at the Lindley Festival of Outdoor Learning on 5 March 2011 February 2011 Cookout run a workshop for the Southern IOL Regional Conference at High Ashurst Outdoor Education Centre, Surrey January 2011 Cookout attend a Leader Training weekend for Wilderness Expertise. 2010 December 2010 Cookout will be attending the Lindley Festival of Outdoor Learning on 5-6 March 2011 Cookout visitied the Health Protection Agency (HPA). The HPA provide is the main source of information on bacteria, viruses and information on food poisoning outbreaks. November 2010 Cookout attend the RNLI National Flood Response Team annual training event. We were invited to speak at the RNLI National Flood Response Team annual training event. The Flood Response Team send team through out the UK and overseas to assist with flood rescues. Cookout staff became some of the casualties in their training sessions! October 2010 Cookout are running a Expedition Food Safety workshops at the Institute of Outdoor Learning National Conference in Melton Mowbray, Leicestershire on Saturday 16th October. September 2010 Cookout have teamed up with the Personal Development Company, Training Expertise to run Expedition Food Safety courses as part of their Leader Development Programme. August 2010 Cookout received accreditation for their Expedition Food Safety Course by NCFE. Cookout are now a registered centre with the NCFE. All participants registering for the Expedition Food Safety course will now receive a NCFE certificate. 2009 Spring 2009. Cookout are featured in the Spring 2009 edition of the DofE Award Magazine.
